“Flight delay” is aimed at those travellers who have experienced flight-related problems, from delays to cancellations or any inefficiency before, during and after the flight.
We have created for them a web site with a pleasant and intuitive graphic interface to facilitate consultation and that allows customers to fill in the reimbursement procedure quickly, easily and in a fully automated way: from sending the documents to signing the file.
The staff of expert lawyers will receive the complaint which they will examine and send to the airline in order to get the customer the right compensation. All phases are managed through an online procedure, the status of which can be verified by the user through the dedicated section, simply by entering their e-mail address and the case ID.
The site also has an information section that illustrates travellers' rights with reference to European Regulation EC 261/04, an area dedicated to the affiliation programme aimed at tour operators, should they wish to set up a partnership, and finally another section dedicated to the "Pago Subito" service, which allows users to take out a small insurance policy that allows for immediate reimbursement and continuous assistance should any unpleasant problems with the flight arise.
